Contact by email and exhibitor application

The application form does not store any data on this website. Submitting it simply opens your own email client with a pre-filled message. If you send us an email, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

The “Plan your route” link leads to OpenStreetMap. Data is only transmitted to its operator when you click the link; its privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

The German version of this privacy policy is legally binding.
